Amelia Andress Stacey, broker and Realtor at Woodland Realty’s Monroeville office, is a native and life-long resident of Monroe County. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Judson College and was licensed in real estate in 1975. After a teaching career, Amelia returned to real estate as her profession. She has years of experience in helping buyers and sellers in the residential, rural residential with acreage, land, commercial-industrial, and real estate investment markets. Amelia is also available for relocation services and she offers free broker’s price opinions. She and her husband Tommy have one son, Michael. Amelia loves spending time with her family and she adores her twin grandchildren, William Andress and Elizabeth Ellen. Her interests include boating, fishing, reading, genealogy, and the beach.
